Week 1: Set the Foundation (Days 1-7) Day 1-2: Personal Inventory Start with yourself. Before you can lead others effectively, you need to honestly assess your own character and motivations. Ask yourself: Am I leading from ego or from service? Do my actions match my stated values? How do others perceive my leadership style? Day 3-4: Define Your Values Write down 3-5 core values that will guide your leadership decisions. These should be rooted in biblical principles like integrity, compassion, and stewardship.
