MCFAM STUDIOS is faith based family owned film, book, and creative studio that makes productions to help glorify God, give clean entertainment to families, and to help others become better professional, personally, and with their personal relationships with each other and their one true God. Dr. Layne McDonald and Miranda McDonald founded this nonprofit to make movies, books, and other content with their children and to help instill a since of religious obligation of the Great Commission in sharing love, grace, hope, mercy, and forgiveness in their children. Together, as a family, they make children content and so much more. 

Dr. Layne McDonald started this studio in 2001 after his first film school. After three schools and dual Ph.D.s and the lost of their second born daughter, Layne refocused the studio into make feature films, television shows, and books that bring life to people's darkness. Through telling parables about the powers of the Ten Commandments, beatitudes, and other life long lessons, he hopes that the production arm of MCFAM Studios, Layne McDonald Productions, helps to teach new filmmakers, actors, and creatives how to make quality Christian content. He also hopes that all the content brings people closer to their understanding of who they are, and who God is to them.
