Account & Data Deletion

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your LMOS account and the personal data associated with it.

What deletion means

Deletion closes the LMOS account and removes associated personal data and user-created content from active systems except information LM must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or similar legitimate obligations. Residual backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation completes.

How long it takes

Verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. LM may contact you to verify account ownership before completing a destructive request and will confirm when the request is completed.

To protect your account, sign in first and return to this page to submit a verified deletion request.

Cannot sign in? You can still request deletion by emailing laynemcdonald@gmail.com from the email address associated with your LMOS account. Include “LMOS Account Deletion Request” in the subject.

Before you delete

Export any projects or files you want to keep.
Cancel active app-store or payment-provider subscriptions separately when required by that provider.
Shared or published content associated with your account will be removed when it is controlled by LMOS, unless retention is legally required.
Deletion is permanent after it is completed.
