Lower the temperature. Ask the mediator. Leave with a next step.
LM Mediator is a consent-first communication companion for everyday conflict at home, between friends, and on volunteer teams. On compatible devices it can transcribe a conversation as people speak; otherwise the transcript can be typed or pasted. If someone directly says “Mediator…” or “LM Mediator…”, the app can briefly join the conversation with a neutral spoken answer. It then creates a fuller reflection, looks for common ground, reads the result aloud in a chosen voice, and turns next steps into a checklist saved with the LMOS project.
Beta Users can use the working preview, report friction, suggest improvements, and help LM decide what earns the release line.
Founder membership is a separate paid supporter program. Founders receive early-access privileges and permanent special-thanks recognition across LM software as the program rolls out. Beta Users remain the testing community.
Families, friends, volunteer teams, ministry teams, small groups, creative teams, and people who need a structured way to slow down an ordinary disagreement.
Know the job, the files, and the cost first.
LMOS should answer the practical questions before showing you a long feature list.
SEE IT FOR YOURSELF
LM Mediator, one capability at a time.
Each view stays for five seconds. Pause it, move backward or forward, or choose any dot to explore at your own pace.Start with the problem—not the software.
Everyday conflict gets harder when people talk past one another, replay the argument instead of the shared goal, and leave the conversation without a clear agreement or next step.

WHY LM MEDIATOR
A calm third voice that helps people move from repetition to resolution—without pretending to be therapy.

CURRENT WORKFLOW PREVIEW
See the whole job without staring at the whole software company.
This preview reflects the current free beta direction and is not yet a release claim. It is deliberately focused: the project holds the context while LM Mediator exposes the tools this job actually needs.

WHAT YOU CAN DO NOW
Built around the work, not around a feature checklist.
Consent-first listening
The microphone does not begin until the user confirms everyone present has agreed to transcription. LM Mediator does not save an audio recording as part of this workflow.
Editable transcript
Compatible browsers can provide live speech-to-text; when speech recognition is unavailable, the same mediation flow works with typed or pasted text.
Neutral AI reflection
The mediator is instructed not to diagnose, choose a winner, shame people, or invent motives. It focuses on what was said, shared goals, misunderstandings, and workable agreements.
Six mediator voice personalities
Choose a warm, calm, grounded, clear, steady or measured read-back style. LM Mediator maps the selected personality to the best matching natural/enhanced English system voice available on the current device.
Ask the mediator during the conversation
When Conversation Mode is on, directly address “Mediator…” or “LM Mediator…” with a question. LM Mediator pauses listening, gives a short neutral answer, speaks it aloud, adds its answer to the transcript, then resumes listening.
Safety boundary
Threats, abuse, coercive control, violence, and self-harm are not treated as ordinary compromise problems. Safety-sensitive results pause mediation and prioritize qualified human help.
LMOS follow-through
Transcript, reflection, checklist and final notes stay with the LMOS project, inheriting autosave, recovery, history, tasks, team context and the shared desktop/fullscreen runtime.
The working room
The tools stay close to the story.
LM products are designed to reveal complexity when you need it and stay out of the way when you do not.
SHARED LMOS ENGINES · 2026.09.18
This app plugs into LMOS. It does not rebuild the operating system.
LM Mediator only uses the shared capabilities its job actually needs. Accounts, projects, people, tasks, files, notifications and other system services remain one ecosystem underneath the app.
View the LMOS System MapOne LM identity follows the person across apps.
The project is bigger than the app.
Share one membership model instead of rebuilding collaborators per app.
Work created in an app can surface in the same personal and team queue.
Internal staff channels never reuse public comments, and one shared conversation layer should follow project access.
The user should have one place to see what needs attention.
Only show data LMOS can actually verify.
One intelligence layer, context-scoped tools, explicit cost controls.
One entitlement system should gate shared capabilities consistently.
Make work that gives something back.
Create art that gives something back: truthful, hopeful, thoughtful, beautiful, useful and respectful of human dignity.
