It's about recognizing that God's strength shows up most powerfully in our weakness. When Paul wrote about God's power being made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9-10), he wasn't just talking about individual struggle, he was describing how entire teams can lean into divine strength when human resources fall short. Jesus himself modeled this kind of resilient leadership.
