Authentic Renewal Requires Awe and Reverence A hallmark of deep faith is a return to a sense of awe. When we lose our wonder at the holiness and greatness of God, our faith becomes clinical and dry. Spiritual renewal brings us back to the foot of the cross, where we are reminded of the magnitude of God’s love and the gravity of His sacrifice. This comprehensive work ensures that our transformation is not just external behavior modification, but a genuine change of heart. 10. Healing and Forgiveness are Essential Components You cannot experience full spiritual renewal while harboring a spirit of unforgiveness. Deep faith requires us to release the debts others owe us, just as Christ released ours. Healing often follows forgiveness.
