Culture says you need the perfect body, the latest trends, straight A's, or a certain number of followers to matter. But God's voice tells a completely different story. He says you're "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14), that He has plans to "give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11), and that you're His "chosen generation" (1 Peter 2:9).

Start by making a list of the negative beliefs you hold about yourself. Write down the thoughts that pop up when you look in the mirror or compare yourself to others.
